⏳ Returns – Within 5 Days of Delivery
You have 5 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible:
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition it was received.
You must provide photos of the item and the order number.
📦 We only accept returns if the wrong fruit puree flavour was sent. In this case:
Drink Healthy Canada will schedule the return pickup at no cost to you.
We will promptly send the correct item free of charge.
💸 Refunds
Refunds may be approved after reviewing the case. You’ll be notified by email if your refund is accepted or denied.
If approved:
A credit will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund timing depends on your bank or credit card provider.
📸 Damaged Items or Issues?
Please inspect your delivery right away. If:
Bags are swollen, leaking, or
Boxes/drums are damaged,
